Plan payments
If you're not happy with a paid plan, email us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund that payment in full, as long as you've used no more than 20 credits since paying. Refunds go back to the card or Mobile Money wallet you paid with, through Paystack, usually within 5–10 working days.
When we refund a plan, your workspace moves back to the Free plan. Your projects and published sites stay.
After 7 days, payments aren't refunded, but your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we always refund the extra payment.
Orders on sites built with BuildMeAfrica
Payments made on a site built with BuildMeAfrica go to that site's owner. For a refund, contact the seller directly.
